Coal India Limited (CIL) has announced recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) for 2026. Vacancies are available in disciplines including Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Finance, HR, Marketing and Environment. Candidates with a relevant engineering degree or MBA are eligible. Selection is through GATE score / written test followed by a personal interview. CIL is one of India's largest public sector undertakings.
